4:55 pm	Something feels very off about this place, like Count Olaf is here but I know it can not be possible given what I have seen. But beyond my suspections things are getting rather interesting around here. Besides my job at the junkyard I'm meeting people and well I'm sort of making friends. Even got the paperwork to start university after the holidays (granted I am already taking one class via audit due to how late it is in the term when I was dumped here). Actually I'm thinking about starting a small fix it business, totally freelance and it would cover everything from trouble causing TiVo units to alarm systems. So would there be an interest? 12:19 am	I finally have a job! Ok, its just a part time office job at the junkyard but the pay is good and the people are nice. Plus first dibs on parts for my various ongoing projects is not too bad either. But I am hopeful about finding something a little more stable for after the holidays. School is on hold till after Christmas but I was able to enroll in one advanced science class at the university, I missed being in school. (1 Comment |Comment on this)

4:24 pm	This place is almost impossible to explain and I know weird via recent events. But at least by some stroke of luck I was not moved around in the flats. But part of me does wonder how the people I live with can take having an 18 year old girl around. Maybe I should see this place as one large research project while I keep looking for my family and think about going back to school. (Comment on this)

6:49 pm	Too many questions and too few answers plus no sign of Klaus and Sunny... But one new piece of the puzzle: finding a small junkyard. The caretaker was quite nice and gave me a little bit of insight (and also got some leads for a job). I also spoke with Mr.Jones via the journals, quite lovely. As for Mr.Queen I have to admit I lucked out for a roomie, quite understanding of things. But right now I'm off to the university, can't offically enroll till after winter break but maybe I can audit a class in the meantime? After that onto the junkyard, got an idea given all the things I have been hearing. (Comment on this)

11:13 am	This is not London or even England so this is very curious.... My boxes of parts are here along with my clothes and my photos of Klaus and Sunny but no sign of them or my friends the Quagmire triplets. I have to find my family, I should not be in a new place so Olaf has to be pulling strings from beyond somehow! Olaf was always trying to tear my family apart to get after our money... Character Information Name: Violet Baudelaire PB: Emily Browning Fandom: Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events Point of Fandom character being brought in at: 2 years post the final book in the series Age: 18 Personality: Violet Baudelaire is the classic proper young genius. She is among the more proper within her area and is not above lending others a hand with everything from a simple tech problem to giving advice (only when asked of course). But she has a few problems as well from her still semi paranoid nature (due to Count Olaf) which she has been working on over the last couple of years. She has also been the sort to lose herself in projects and has been known to need to be reminded its ok to act her age (basically she has to be remidned its ok to go to a party now and then). But in spite of what the last few years have been like Violet really is trying to recover from Olaf. But even she is still fighting off flashacks of Olaf and everything she has faced (which leads to an occasional crying jag, usually at the worst possible times). In spite of things that could ruin anyone Violet has bloomed. She is quite proper and is known for having very good manners. She will turn fierce to protect her family and close friends, only wants what is best for those around her as well. In the 2 years since the end of the ASOUE novels Violet has landed in state foster care in her native England and is hating being apart from her brother Klaus (who is more like her best friend) and baby sister Sunny. But unlike Count Olaf she has understanding foster parents who encourage her love of science and inventing things (she actually has a patient for her auto fish feeded, perfect for the forgetful fish owner). In the process she was finally able to show Olaf was indeed behind the fire that killed her parents (among other things) and finish high school like a semi normal young woman (granted if anyone could call a genius like her normal). But before she was pulled into Mundus she was looking to attend Oxford and searching for her family, even going to a PI in London for much needed answers. She was even casually dating a school mate in spite of her issues. Now that she has landed in Mundus the puzzle starts anew, toss in major Count Olaf related trust issues and Violet realizes something. She may be in for another round of Unfortunate Events but this may also be another adventure. But the hole in her soul can't be filled untill she finds Klaus and Sunny along with their missing friends the Quagmire Triplets. Appearance: Violet looks like your average 18 year old English teen. She is a tiny bit shorter than most with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She is usually seen with a bag full of parts from a trip to the junkyard and a black hair ribbon along with goggles is usually seen with her. By day its jeans and simple shirts, perfect for science projects, college classes and trips to the junkyard (she is an expert dumpster diver and loves the idea of Junkyard Wars) but she can also dress up and be pretty.
